Adult Ballet:
Our popular new adult ballet class has started on Wednesday's at 8.30 pm in Caterham. It is a fun class with free work for all abilities. So far this term we have worked on "port de bras", turning, "pas de chat" amongst others. We start the class by watching real performances of ballet and then undertake a traditional ballet class with barre and centre work. Please speak to Mrs. Brown or Miss Clare or click on "contact us" to find out more.
Michelle Bishop, West End Star:
Former pupil of the dancing school; Michelle Bishop's dream came true recently when she performed the leading role in The Old Vic's production of Kiss Me Kate. When Hannah Waddingham fell ill Michelle had only one day to learn the leading role. She received a standing ovation and rave reviews. Kevin Spacey and Sir Trevor Nunn were there to personally support her and congratulate her on her magnificent performance. Well done Michelle!
Exam sucess!
All pupils who took ISTD dance examinations on December 2nd in Caterham have passed. Congratulations! You will receive your certificates in class.
